Manual Sealer, Cap Sealing Machine 



This Manual Sealer is a portable electromagnetic heating device. It is wildly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide, food, cosmetics and light industry for aluminum foil sealing to prevent leakage and moisture. It is suitable for non-metallic containers made of polythene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester and glass. This Manual Sealer is small in size, easy to operate and is suitable for small production and practical.



Characteristic

This machine is using imported advanced circuits and adopting transistors module devices from Japan, thus it saves more energy than vacuum tube heater. The heating efficiency ID above 90% and heating speed is 20 to 30 time's quick than vacuum tube heater. The sealer is not only suitable for containers made from good heat seal ability material such as polythene and polypropylene, but also have a good sealing result for some material with less heat seal ability such polyester and glass.
