This pneumatic hand held capper is a portable cap tightener, capable of tightening or removing screw type caps. This model has adjustable clutches to eliminate cap damage and reduce insert wear. The capper engages as pressure is applied down on the bottle. This capping machine is Lowest cost alternative for capping with the highest degree of labor. The pneumatic units are typically pneumatic provide a smoother and more comfortable torque control than the electric units.

Characteristics:

1, The unit is suspended above the bottle by a spring loaded reel that relieves the operator from having to hold the (heavy) unit up.
2, The operator places and starts caps on bottles manually.
3, after pressing the unit down on the cap the operator activates the unit while holding down the container.
